tool, short instructive movie/slideshow

Examples from a publisher of "how to" books:

connect-an-hdtv-to-your-sound-system or

shoot-landscapes-with-your-digital-camera

Compare on-screen "capture" of movements, Windows and narrated comments using the free www.jingproject.com to create (maximum 5') screencasts; hosted at screencast.com or on one's own webspace. Compare also a YouTube "channel" for non-profit organizations.
Imagine such things as:

1. Armchair tour of one's museum webpages; or one's (special) exhibitions
2. Introduction to (a selected subset of) one's collection(s): image with voice over.
3. Recorded capsule version of one's conference PowerPoint presentation.
4. Short instructional screencasts on useful software or hardware related to one's user groups.
