NMAI, National Museum of the American Indian

http://nmai.si.edu/ had a group of craftspeople selling things for the holiday season.
Note also the line of flags to indicate many of the First Nations.

Here is part of the temporary exhibition of Native subjects made from the mass produced goods from the industrial-type of economy: Brian Jungen, "Strange Comfort."
In this case a whale skeleton is formed out of cut pieces of plastic lawn furniture.

The final snapshot shows rapid gallery transformation by using vertical roller-shade banner displays.
